  • Do I really need to sharpen my knives?

Yes. Cooking is so much more enjoyable when you use a properly sharpened knife! A sharp blade is also significantly safer to use. Dull blades demand more pressure and don't cut smoothly. Like most things in life, using anything frequently wears it out, and knife blades quickly get dull and no longer perform as a sharp knife should.

  • Is it worth sharpening cheap knives?

  • How often should I have my knives sharpened?
