  • Wrap each instrument carefully, ideally in bubble wrap, and place them in a sturdy box.


  • If there is extra space in the box, fill it with paper to prevent any movement during transit.


Step 3: Send Your Instruments

  • Once your instruments are securely packaged, either mail them to us or drop them off at our location.


Step 4: We Process Your Order

  • Upon receiving your instruments, they will be queued for sharpening and repair.


Step 5: Invoice and Payment

  • After the sharpening and repair process is complete, you will receive an electronic invoice.


Step 6: Collect Your Sharpened Instruments

  • Once the invoice is settled, you can collect your newly sharpened instruments.
