Monitor your order's progress through our user-friendly portal. Please keep your order number close and be ready with the email or phone number you provided during the order placement
- Track an online order and the status of the delivery.
- Request assembly service for eligible products.
- Cancel order (only possible before the order is picked and packed).
- Reschedule delivery.
- Organise a replacement or refund for a missing or damaged item within 72 hours of delivery.

Awaiting Processing
We have received your order and will process it as soon as possible. You can still cancel an order and change delivery date.
Processing
The order fulfillment has started. Your order is being processed and completed. It’s too late to cancel the order
Shipped
The order has been shipped and it's on it's way to you.
Out For Delivery
The order has been given to the courier and will be with you shortly
Ready for Pickup - Collection Only
Your order is ready to be picked up from the designated location
Delivered
The order has been successfully delivered to you
